Bookkeeper & Personal Executive Assistant

📍 Dallas, TX | Full-Time | Onsite| contract to hire.

What You’ll Do

Bookkeeping & Finance

• Manage financial records for multiple entities with precision and accuracy
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and provide reporting support
• Work closely with leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations
• Leverage QuickBooks and other bookkeeping technologies

Executive & Administrative Support

• Coordinate complex calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements
• Manage correspondence with professionalism and discretion
• Oversee event planning and special projects from start to finish
• Run errands and provide flexible support to meet daily needs

Vendor & Project Management

• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Oversee household and business-related projects, budgets, and timelines
• Ensure high-quality results with minimal oversight

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of professional office experience, including full-charge bookkeeping
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional, trustworthy, and adaptable under pressure
• Experience in real estate property management a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
