We're seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team and take ownership of projects from concept through construction.

The Role

This is a hands-on design position for a motivated professional with 3-5 years of experience ready to lead project delivery in a collaborative environment. • Conduct contract administration including site visits, RFI responses, and submittal reviews
  • Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies
  • Participate in client meetings and maintain project communication with consultants and contractors
  • Review construction documents, estimates, and project reports
  • Contribute design ideas that align with project vision and client objectives
  • Meet project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
  • Self-check work and coordinate with related disciplines to resolve design issues

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
  • 3-5 years of professional architectural experience with a strong portfolio
  • Experience with commercial, multi-family, or mixed-use projects preferred
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (required)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Bluebeam
  • Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials
  • Knowledge of the design and construction process from concept through completion

What We're Looking For

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated professional who takes ownership of their work
  • Detail-oriented designer with commitment to quality
  • Team player excited to contribute to a growing firm

What We Offer

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $75,000 - $88,000 (based on experience)
  • Quarterly company performance bonuses
  • Annual profit-sharing opportunities
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • Company-paid short-term disability
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Generous PTO and flexible paid holidays

Work Environment

  • Collaborative team with direct access to firm leadership
  • Flexible hybrid work schedule
  • Work on diverse project types from concept through construction
  • Direct client interaction and involvement in project delivery
  • Mentorship and professional development opportunities
  • Team events and community outreach activities
