Position Summary

The Assistant Social Media Manager will support the execution of the social media and digital strategy across all Graff Auto Campus brands (Chevrolet, Ford, Kia, Toyota, GMC). This individual will help manage content and vendors, track key performance metrics in Google Analytics, calendars, engage with followers, assist with digital campaign execution, and contribute to community-building efforts online. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, responsive, and deeply familiar with social media trends and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analytics & Reporting

    • Track key performance metrics and compile weekly/monthly reports (engagement, reach, conversions)

    • Monitor competitor activity and suggest improvements or new content ideas

  • Content Creation & Scheduling

    • Assist in developing and scheduling engaging content (posts, stories, reels) for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn

    • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and store teams to gather content from all locations

    • Write compelling copy and captions aligned with brand voice

  • Community Engagement

    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across all platforms promptly and professionally

    • Identify and engage with local influencers and community partners to boost reach

  • Campaign Support

    • Support social media campaigns including contests, seasonal promotions, and paid ads

    • Assist in managing content calendars and ensure timely execution across all stores

  • Collaboration

    • Work closely with the stores to align social strategies with store events, promotions, and inventory needs

    • Attend dealership events to capture real-time content and community interaction

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms

  • Excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Spark, or basic photo/video editing software is a plus

  • Familiarity with automotive industry trends is a bonus
