We are working with a national plaintiff personal injury law firm that specializes in high-value, complex personal injury litigation! They are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join the team at their Philadelphia location!

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Hybrid remote/office schedule; very flexible
Base Salary: Negotiable based on personal injury experience; firm also has discretionary bonuses as well as case generation bonuses!

Job Details

We are looking for an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law. This position is going to focus on a specific practice group that specializes in chemical exposure.

Requirements:

• Prior personal injury litigation experience; experience with complex/class-action/chemical exposure cases highly preferred but not necessary!
• Must have an active PA bar license in good standing; PLUS if also licensed in NJ or NY
• Occasional travel required (about 10% - must be willing and able to travel for certain cases if needed)
