Stardust Pinbar in Downtown Phoenix is seeking experienced Bartenders. We are looking for individuals with 3 years of relevant work experience within a busy bar environment. Additionally time with Toast POS system is also preferred. Stardust is located behind a hidden entrance through our pizza spot, Ziggy's Magic Pizza Shop. We offer a full bar and full food menu from Ziggy's. You must be guest-focused and have a great attitude. A sense of urgency, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to stay organized and calm are a requirement. We promote positivity, play great music, have a fun work environment and ambience. Bartending candidates may be required to do a short paid audition shift to demonstrate they've got the experience we're looking for. The perks include $11.70hr to $13hr (depending on experience) plus tips ($20hr-$60hr per shift), evening shifts (set schedules available), food and beverage discounts and shift meal, advancement opportunities, and health benefits for full time staff. Candidates must have availability for at least 3 shifts (weekend availability is a must), a good attitude and willingness to learn, relevant work experience in high volume atmosphere, and a 'guest first' attitude. The role requires thriving in high volume and guest focused environments with plenty of opportunity for advancement.
