Job Title: CFO
Location: Lakewood, NJ
Salary Range: $300,000 - $400,000 + Upside

Job Summary:
A fast-paced consumer product and marketing company in Lakewood, NJ, seeks a CFO to oversee accounting, optimize financial strategy, and drive business decisions. The role requires strong experience in financial leadership, analytics, contract negotiation, and strategic planning, with a preference for product-based experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis to drive profitability and long-term growth.
• Oversee accounting processes, financial systems, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Partner with the CEO and operations team on strategic and operational decision-making.
• Negotiate contracts and assess tax implications, including for international operations.
• Analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and optimization.
• Integrate financial insights into business strategy and operational initiatives.
• Manage business analytics, including margins, COGS, and pricing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in financial leadership, strategy, and business analytics.
• Strong financial reporting, analysis, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and understand tax implications for domestic and international operations.
• Experience in a product-based or direct-to-consumer environment preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
