Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and management of financial statements for various operational areas, including consolidated accounts.
• Administer accounting processes for property management, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
• Lead a tenured accounting team, supervising direct reports and addressing operational challenges as needed.
• Leverage enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to enhance financial workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain budgets and forecasts aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and other regulatory accounting requirements.
• Evaluate and implement improvements to existing financial processes to drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial initiatives and decision-making.

• Proven experience with Cloud ERP systems, including Cloud or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel and other tools within the Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation and consolidation.
• Expertise in US GAAP and property management accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise teams effectively.
• Solid experience with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
