Title: Data Entry Specialist/Platform Specialist

Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)

Location: Williamsville, NY 14221 (Onsite)

Note: - The Client is planning to relocate their office to Buffalo, NY 14202 in March 2026.

Hours: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM M - F with an hour of lunch break.

The candidate needs to complete a 1-minute typing test and share the screenshot of the result. The targeted typing speed is 40 WPM.

Overview:

We are looking for motivated professionals with experience in customer service, data entry, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel to join our team. In this role, you will handle unique or complex customer transactions, support internal teams, and ensure accuracy in processing data and requests. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve inquiries and issues with tact, speed, and professionalism.
  • Support business and associate teams by updating, correcting, or modifying transactions as needed.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure high-quality service.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to help improve business processes.
  • Collaborate with account managers and business owners to help drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all transactions.
  • Optimize processes and identify opportunities to increase platform usage.
  • Provide general support to the team, assisting with workflow and data management.
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and support business decisions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in call center, customer support, or data entry environments preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work under moderate supervision and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to type a minimum of 40 WPM.

Requirements:

  • Two-year college degree or equivalent experience; OR
  • High school diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer service or data entry.
  • Solid understanding of processes and the ability to learn quickly.
