Job Description

Hire Up Staffing and Healthcare is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for our client in Portland, OR. The pay starts at $25/hr.
This is a 24 week assignment with the possibility of turning into a permanent position.40 hours per week 8am-5pm. 

Job Summary: 

Performs computer system maintenance, repairs, and installations. Monitors and controls computer equipment by operating the central console or an online monitor. Monitors hardware systems using operating systems utilities.
Provides user support, training, and education. Ensures prompt, professional, and courteous response to requestors of computer services. Assists end users with problems and requests for information and equipment specifications.
Installs and implements personal and network computer equipment. Maintains service level agreements with various end-user departments and enterprise business units.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
• Associate’s / Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred

Required Licenses:
Other 

• Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) - Infrastructure and Desktop: Preferred
• Dell certification: Preferred
• A+ certification: Preferred
• Refer to the Required Licenses and Certifications list for additional job and/or unit specific requirements.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Intel based Desktop Hardware: Preferred
• Basic understanding of network wireless, voice, and security technologies: Preferred
• Basic understanding of Health Care Technology Systems and Hardware: Preferred
• Intermediate understanding of the Microsoft Suite of Apply: Preferred
• Covid Vaccination
