Our client is seeking a sharp, tech-savvy Executive Assistant with the capacity to grow into a Chief of Staff role. This position supports a high-net worth entrepreneur across a range of business and personal priorities, with a focus on organization, execution, and strategic support. The role is highly dynamic, mobile, and best suited for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment. Ideal candidates will have 8-10+ years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities (First 36 Months):

• Calendar and schedule management across multiple time zones
• Travel coordination and logistics
• Strategic personal organization and life planning
• Create and maintain efficient systems and processes
• Use tech tools and AI platforms to optimize workflows
• Ensure discretion and confidentiality across all tasks

Evolving Scope (Post-6 Months):

• Begin integrating into business operations and project coordination
• Support strategic initiatives and planning
• Liaise with internal and external partners
• Build systems that support scale across ventures

Ideal Candidate:

• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable in fluid, high-performance environments
• Confident using technology and automation tools
• Able to move quickly and adjust plans as needed
• Maintains discretion and handles sensitive information with care
• Physically capable of staying mobile throughout the day
• Able to anticipate needs and problem-solve independently
• Willing to travel regularly
• Paid time off, travel perks, and expense coverage
• Full-time, MondayFriday schedule; must be flexible with earlier start times and have flexibility on weekends as needed
• No formal office location at this time; must be comfortable with a mobile and flexible work environment in or near the principal's home

Location:

• Scottsdale, AZ with regular local travel
• Frequent travel to NY, FL, and CA required
