Responsibilities
  • Graduate from our proprietary PLACE Agent Launch plan
  • Learn and execute on our lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities using our top-tier technology
  • Conduct 4 open houses monthly
  • Learn to convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice so you know what to say and when to say it
  • Participate in team activities with a dynamic group of like-minded professionals
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and the PLACE Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Develop & demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications

You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Building relationships and problem solving are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to exceptional 5-star service.
