**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** In this role, you will engage in shipping and receiving duties while also operating machinery, specifically an extruder machine. This involves both pre-fabrication and post-fabrication processes, particularly in the creation of custom plastics for the construction trades industry. Additionally, you will assist in building crates for shipping materials. Training will be provided, so expertise with hand and power tools is not required, though previous experience is beneficial. **Responsibilities** + Perform shipping and receiving duties. + Operate the extruder machine to facilitate plastics fabrication. + Assist in the pre-fabrication and post-fabrication of custom plastics. + Help with building crates for material shipment. + Engage in general production tasks using hand and power tools. **Essential Skills** + Experience with shipping and receiving procedures. + Familiarity with machine operations, particularly with extruders. + Understanding of general production processes. + Basic proficiency with hand and power tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with picking and packing. + Previous experience in machine operation is advantageous. + Capability to perform general labor duties. **Why Work Here?** This position offers the potential for full-time employment and provides training opportunities for those at an entry-level. The building is a bit dated and can become hot during the summer months due to the plastic melting process and continuous equipment operation. Candidates should be prepared for a warm work environment during these times. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, WI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
