About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Marketing to spearhead the transformation of a legacy brand into a modern, digitally sophisticated business. This senior leadership role is pivotal in the brand's revitalization, with a focus on redefining brand strategy, customer acquisition, and retention. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the marketing and eCommerce strategy, elevating brand positioning, and owning all customer initiatives across various channels. A hands-on leader with a blend of strategic thinking and strong digital and creative marketing execution is essential. The role also involves overseeing internal teams, guiding external agency partners, and contributing to the company's overall strategy as a key member of the executive leadership team. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' marketing experience, with a proven track record in brand, digital, and performance marketing. Expertise in paid digital media, lifecycle marketing, and content is required, as is experience in building and developing creative capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be data-driven, and possess the ability to lead strategic initiatives while executing tactically. Excellent communication, leadership skills, and executive presence are a must. While not mandatory, a background in consumer categories with a strong DTC and eCommerce presence, particularly in sexual wellness, lifestyle, or similar industries, is preferred.
