HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

The HRIS Analyst will support the maintenance, optimization, and configuration of the Workday system, specifically in areas such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence. This role will be instrumental in data management, troubleshooting issues, and delivering reports that drive key business decisions. A strong understanding of Workday's business processes, reporting, and integrations is essential.

Essential Job Functions

• Support the configuration and maintenance of Workday modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence.
• Perform routine data audits, validation, and troubleshooting within Workday to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Assist in creating and managing calculated fields, condition rules, custom reports, dashboards, and other Workday functionalities.
• Participate in testing new Workday functionality, releases, and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration into existing business processes.
• Provide business stakeholder support, including resolving issues, answering queries, and delivering training on Workday processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholder teams to gather requirements and optimize Workday functionality to meet business needs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Workday, specifically with modules like Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Familiarity with Workday Report Writer, including Advanced and Matrix reports.
• Basic knowledge of Workday business processes, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and Workday Studio (optional but beneficial).
• Strong problem-solving skills with an aptitude for system analysis and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
