Job Summary We are seeking licensed/pre-licensed Mental Health Therapists, fluent in Spanish, to provide therapy services to our Spanish-speaking clients. In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist clients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions, we want to hear from you! Supervision provided to BBS Associates
Responsibilities
Perform intake assessments
Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
Create individualized treatment plans for each client
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Perform regular wellness checks
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a similar field
Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license/pre-licensed
Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized
