Overview Dane Street , an Independent Review Organization (IRO) and national provider of Utilization Review (UR) services, seeks Board-Certified Orthopedic Spine Surgeons with an active Louisiana medical license to join our panel of physician reviewers. This is a remote, non-clinical opportunity ideal for orthopedic spine surgeons seeking supplemental income with maximum flexibility while maintaining their clinical practice.
