Position: IPR Patent Attorney
Location: Dallas
Salary Range: $285,000 – $330,000
Experience Level: 3–8 years
A highly regarded law firm is seeking a skilled IPR Patent Attorney to join its growing intellectual property litigation team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB. Candidates with up to 8 years of experience will be considered if they are comfortable with the stated salary range.
