We're currently hiring a Production Finishing Assistant to support the final stages of our production process. In this hands-on role, you'll assist with key finishing tasks including mail prep, sorting, quality checks, and hand assembly-all essential to delivering the high standards our clients expect. What You'll Do:Key Responsibilities Include:Catch and organize printed materials from finishing equipment like folders, inserters, and stitchers.Sort mail and prepare labeled trays in accordance with USPS guidelines.Support handwork tasks such as folding, collating, inserting, and labeling. Conduct visual quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.Assist operators by restocking materials and keeping workstations clean and organized. Rotate between tasks and adapt to daily production needs.Follow safety protocols and report any issues or equipment concerns.Help maintain a clean, efficient, and collaborative production space.Demonstrate a commitment to our core values: Collaborate, Innovate, Inspire, and Deliver.
