Responsibilities Serve as the face of the company for new restaurant partners, ensuring a smooth and delightful onboarding experience. Develop and execute onboarding strategies tailored to merchant needs. Work directly with hardware and software systems to configure and deploy platform solutions. Create training materials and lead in-person staff training sessions. Identify and implement workflow improvements to drive adoption and revenue. Adapt quickly to evolving environments and contribute to shaping the operational playbook. Essential Skills Experience in project coordination, restaurant management, and hospitality. Bilingual capabilities, with Spanish fluency as a strong plus. Systems implementation and cross-functional support. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years in hospitality, restaurant management, or systems implementation. Exceptional attention to detail and time management. Strong customer service skills, both internally and externally. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and independently. Hands‑on, proactive mindset with a passion for problem‑solving. Additional Skills & Qualifications Spanish fluency is a strong plus. Work Environment The role involves a mix of remote work and onsite visits to restaurant partners. You will have opportunities to travel and innovate, making a real impact on how merchants interact with technology. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Francisco, California. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $46.00 - $48.00/hr.
