Project Coordinator

Location: Auburn, NH

C Squared Systems, LLC is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The candidate will interact with customers and co-workers on a daily basis and must be able to communicate effectively via phone and email. The position requires a high level of organizational skills in order to effectively plan, schedule, and coordinate resources.

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources (vehicles, equipment, and personnel) for field work on a daily basis
• Compile and distribute a schedule of field work on a daily basis
• Communicate with the customer in order to schedule field work
• Work directly with project managers to ensure they have the resources needed to maintain the projects schedule
• Provide information to co-workers on field work they are assigned to
• Maintain various test equipment used in the field on a continuous basis
• Document and track projects as they progress
• Work closely with project managers and engineers to optimize the daily schedule
• Manage all repair work orders including quoting, scheduling, tracking, and final closeout/billing.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2 year college degree
• 1 year experience in project management
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Have excellent communication, problem solving and customer management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt and shift focus as needed
• Must have a valid driver’s license
