Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Revenue Account Recognition (RAR) Consultant to join their team. As a Revenue Account Recognition (RAR) Consultant, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting financial reporting and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Revenue Account Recognition (RAR) Consultant

Location: Irvine, TN (Remote)

What's the Job?

• Deeply understand and implement Revenue Account Recognition modules within financial systems.
• Support multi-national company operations, including intercompany transactions, eliminations, and financial consolidations.
• Lead RAR activities on at least 2-3 FLC implementations, managing both onshore and offshore resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge on technology, architecture, and delivery of applications.

What's Needed?

• 7-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Revenue Account Recognition modules.
• Experience with multi-national companies and intercompany transactions.
• Proven leadership in managing implementation projects and resources.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with a focus on detail and independence.
