As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. You will utilize communication skills and technology to support daily operations and respond to situations as they arise. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and respond to calls and communications from various points within the location, dispatching personnel as needed for security-related incidents and/or emergencies.
• Document all communications, incidents, and dispatch activities accurately and in a timely manner according to site-specific procedures.
• Work collaboratively with on-site personnel to help to deter unauthorized activity and support the overall security-related operations of the location.
• Follow site-specific protocols for emergency response and escalate situations to the appropriate Allied Universal or client contacts as directed.
• Provide customer service by assisting tenants, staff, and visitors with inquiries and requests related to security-related matters at the commercial real estate location.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any suspicious activity or maintenance concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Participate in regular training and briefings to stay current on security-related procedures and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
