Description:
The Software Engineer position will be responsible for hands-on development and participate in the development of Next Generation of Inkiru Tools. The Software Engineer will be responsible for application development in support of the multi-platform roadmap and broad user groups, including data scientists, product managers, business partners, and engineers. Responsibilities include application requirement analysis and design, implementation, testing, documentation, release, and user support, ensuring high quality, performance, scalability, and availability for those applications.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 1-2 years development experience with React/Redux and common widgets.
2. Good working and learning attitude, good communication, responsible, and committed to deliver.

Areas of responsibility include:

1. Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards.
2. Involved in technical vision and influences product roadmap and vision.
3. Implement large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects.
4. Participate in the discovery phase of large projects to develop high-level design.
5. Participate in the work of cross-functional groups of engineers, including data scientists.
6. Direct root cause analysis of critical production issues.
7. Document testing and maintenance of application corrections and improvements.
8. Influence decisions, build consensus, and resolve conflicts constructively and proactively.
9. Support business objectives and ensure the business needs are being met.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems.
2. 2+ years of hands-on front-end programming with JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, React, Redux, and TypeScript.
3. 2+ years of programming experience in highly scalable & performing Web Applications.
4. 2+ years of experience with Open Source technologies.
5. 1+ years of experience in agile ways of working.
