Harley-Davidson Financial Services (HDFS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harley-Davidson, Inc., offers a wide range of financial products and services to motorcycle enthusiasts and Harley-Davidson dealerships. Products available to consumers include financing on motorcycles, MotorClothes, and parts and accessories; cycle insurance; and extended service plans for Harley-Davidson motorcycles. HDFSs Reno, Nevada office serves as one of the Company's two operations centers.

Join our team as a Titles Representative I (Onsite - Reno, NV). You'll play a pivotal role in helping us create the company we want to be, guided by values of fairness, honesty, positivity, and creativity.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conducts basic analysis to ensure liens on all loans are perfected and released properly.
  • Interact via written and verbal correspondence with dealers, customers, third party vendors, and state titling agencies (e.g., DMV, County Clerk).
  • Enter Proof of payoff, queues, and other tasks with Titles Reps II within 9 business days or receipt.
  • Assist other internal stakeholders on all levels with title-related issues.
  • Verify and sort mail, supporting documentation, and validate information from the original funding package, state websites, and vendors.
  • Handle phone calls to and from business partners and customers to verify and resolve outstanding liens or titles.
  • Responsible for accurately updating account payoff information.
  • Use effective time management to ensure dealer and rider experiences meet expectations.
  • If onsite, manage the organization, storage, and filing of title documents.
  • Maintain current awareness and understanding of applicable banking laws, title laws and regulations, internal policies and procedures, and comply fully with them.
Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Experience Requirements
  • Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge.
  • Ability to handle large volume of accounts and inquiries with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to achieve results in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Preferred
  • Knowledge of titling procedures and state regulations pertaining to titling and registration preferred.
  • If on site, notary or become a notary within 1-2 years of employment.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range depending on geographic location and experience.

We offer an inclusive compensation package for all full-time employees including, but not limited to, bonus programs, health insurance benefits, a 401k program, onsite fitness centers, employee discounts on products and accessories, and more. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.

Pay Range: 35,100 - 52,700 (16.88 - 25.34)
