\n\nJob Description\n

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our 3W Cardiac Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in cardiac telemetry, and will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, monitoring telemetry patients with primary or secondary cardiac diagnoses as well as stable cardiac catheterization patients.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide care for telemetry patients with various cardiac conditions.
\n
• Utilize remote telemetry monitoring systems.
\n
• Manage and administer specialty drips including Cardizem and Amiodarone (non-titratable).
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, and Respiratory Services.
\n
• Perform vital patient assessments and implement care plans.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• Active MD or Compact License.
\n
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
\n
• Experience in cardiac telemetry and management of dysrhythmias.
\n
• Previous charge experience preferred.
\n
• Ability to float within the hospital as needed.
\n
