Job Description We are a family owned and operated firm specializing in security and protection, and we are seeking extremely motivated professionals. Qualified individuals will have the opportunity to work in the greater Los Angeles area. Qualifications Must have a valid guard card. Must have TWO years or more Security experience. Must have an updated resume/cv ready to provide. (Preferably available prior to setting an interview) Outstanding personal character, integrity, and professional demeanor. Highly motivated with above average interpersonal and communication skills. Understanding of and ability to implement dedicated customer service. Self‑starter with initiative and ability to follow protocol and chain of command. Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physically fit; drug and nicotine free. Willing to undergo pre‑employment background investigation and random drug tests. Must reside within commuting distance to the greater Los Angeles area. Preferred Qualifications Related security experience. Additional Qualifications Ability to be an effective team member. Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances. Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports. Ability to provide high quality customer service. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures. Additional Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a reliable means of communication. Must have a reliable means of transportation. Must be able to speak, read, and write in English. Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Must pass the company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen. Must be able to meet and continue to meet applicable state licensing and permit requirements for security work. Compensation Compensation is commensurate with related experience.
