Our Restaurant Managers earn between $70,000-$100,000 including monthly and annual bonuses!
Restaurant Managers earn a base salary of $60,000-$70,000.
Restaurant Managers earn a short-term monthly bonus as well as an annual long-term bonus. This bonus is based on store sales and profits that provide the opportunity to earn another $10,000-$30,000 per year.

There will be no better restaurant management opportunity than at Pluckers. We are opening 20 new restaurants across Texas over the next four years. That means we will need 20 new General Managers and 120 new Restaurant Managers.

If you aren’t ready to be a Restaurant Manager, we are hiring Assistant Managers (Floor Managers, Kitchen Managers) and general employment staff. Floor Manager or Kitchen Manager – we are hiring full-time at $60,000/year or part-time for $22-$30/hour. These positions will also receive 100% paid health, dental and vision.
If you live outside any of the major metropolitan areas that Pluckers is currently located in and want to join our management team, you can receive up to a $6,000 relocation bonus. Pluckers are currently located in Central Texas (Austin, San Antonio), Dallas-Fort Worth, and Houston.
