Finance Leadership Development Program- Finance Manager- MBA New College Grad 2024

Visa’s Finance team is going through an exciting period of new growth as we expand our level of influence from financial reporting and planning to more strategic decision support.

Participants will gain a wealth of hands-on experience through the opportunity to work in 4 different areas of the finance organization for 6 months each across a two-year period. The goal of this program is to develop future Finance leaders with cross-functional knowledge and experience.

You will gain exposure across multiple areas of Finance through core rotations in Financial Planning & Analysis and Controllership, as well as opportunities to enhance Finance Business Partnership skills and explore other subject matter expert finance disciplines. Each rotation will include activities integral to the department, as well as an opportunity to lead or drive a project or workstream.The Program will also include a cohort capstone project presentation to Visa’s Finance Leadership focused on utilizing experience from rotations to drive measurable impact to address a specific organizational priority. In addition to the rotational experience, you will receive training & development, mentoring, networking and leadership exposure opportunities.

Provide insights about financial performance and opportunities to improve results. Develop analysis and business cases to enable fact-based decision making. Partner closely with the business to develop budgets and forecasts that support Visa’s business goals and objectives.

Controllership

Understand, record and reconcile accounting transactions, analyze financial statements, participate in the external financial reporting process including compliance with internal controls.

Finance Business Partner

Partner with various functions such as Marketing, Product, Technology among others to shape and influence decision-making using financial analysis.

Expert

Variety of in-depth Finance functions including Sourcing, Treasury, Investor Relations, Client Deals, and more.

Basic Qualifications:

Pursuing MBA degree or relevant graduate degree program with 2 years relevant work experience

Graduate between January 2023-August 2024

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or related field
• 3 to 6 years of relevant financial analysis work experience
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are extremely critical
• Strong ability to work with large amounts of data and organize in a logical and efficient manner
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, Access and Hyperion, and strong skills in Powerpoint
• Accounting and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and produce time sensitive deliverables
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $136,000-$151,000, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
