Health, Safety, and Environment Manager - Youngstown, Ohio - JOB 25-01474 Salary Range: $80K - $85K Permanent Position with Benefits. Youngstown, Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment Manager to oversee "HSE” practices, conduct risk assessment, develop policies, and ensure compliance with regulations . REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or Industrial Engineering (Associate Degree or with significant related experience may be considered) 5+ years HSE (EHS) experience in manufacturing, logistics, and/or industrial environments Leadership and training experience along with an understanding of OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA, ANSI, and other relevant safety and environmental regulations Investigate workplace incidents / accidents and assess risks, analyze trends, and implement data-driven solutions Conducting training programs, identify potential hazards Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations Exceptional verbal and written communication skills CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist), CHMM (Certified Hazardous Materials Manager), or equivalent preferred.
