We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Producer . This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong sales acumen and a passion for helping clients find the right insurance solutions. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, develop, and close new insurance business.
  
  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent service.
  
  
• Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  
  
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and policy options.
  
  
• Work collaboratively with underwriters and service teams.
  
  
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
  
  
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, carrier products, and compliance regulations.
  
  

Requirements:

• Active insurance license (Life & Health and/or P&C, depending on focus).
  
  
• 2+ years of insurance sales or related experience preferred.
  
  
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and client management abilities.
  
  
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools.
