Pathway Health Services is seeking a full-time Interim Nurse Consultant (Salaried) who thrives on variety, challenge, and making an impact. This role involves providing professional consulting services in a full-functioning capacity, traveling throughout Minnesota and surrounding states as needed.

As an Interim Nurse Consultant, youll use your clinical expertise and leadership skills to drive improvements, implement systems, and support healthcare organizations. This is not a desk jobevery day is different, and your work will directly influence quality care and operational success.

What Youll Do

• Serve as an interim clinical leader in client settings.
• Act as Technical Specialty Lead or Project Lead/Client Relations as needed.
• Assess, plan, and implement systems and processes to meet client needs.
• Stay current with state and federal regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide consulting and technical assistance, including interim management roles.
• Identify training needs and conduct training/in-services as requested.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding key management staff for clients.
• Conduct quality assessments and prepare written reports in a timely manner.
• Represent Pathway Health and participate in marketing efforts within senior care communities.
• Maintain compliance with professional practice standards, HIPAA, and client confidentiality.
• Be flexible and available for travel as needed.

What Were Looking For

• BA/BS in Nursing with current MN license (additional state licenses a plus).
• Proven leadership and critical thinking skills with sound clinical judgment.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to resolve issues creatively.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams and strong communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate internal and external systems.
• Must maintain current professional licenses and certifications.

Special Requirements

• Ability to travel throughout MN (and occasionally neighboring states), including overnight stays.
• Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance (including uninsured motorist coverage).
