Orthopedic Spine Surgeon Opportunity in Oakland, CA with Kaiser Permanente

TPMG is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our collegial and well-established team in Oakland. Position Highlights

  1. Team Composition : 9 surgeons (7 adult and 2 pediatric)
  2. Collaborative Model : Work closely with 6 experienced Physician Assistants, regional physical medicine and rehabilitation departments, regional neurology departments, regional neurosurgery departments
  3. Surgical Focus : adult degenerative, adult deformity, tumor, trauma, infection
  4. OR Time : 3-5 days per week
  5. Call Schedule : 1 in 6 weeks
    1. Dedicated trauma room time available

The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. is one of the largest medical groups in the nation with over 10,000 physicians, 21 medical centers, numerous clinics throughout Northern and Central California and an 80-year tradition of providing quality medical care.

Full-time annual salary range is $620,819 to $640,020 . Plus additional potential incentives up to $138,755. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.

Requirements:

  • Board Certification or Eligibility
  • Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA
