Job Description
A confidential client is seeking a full-time experienced driver to support a a senior principal. This is a hands-on role requiring both professional driving expertise and strong interpersonal skills to coordinate seamlessly with a wider household and executive team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, timely, and discreet transportation for the principal, including daily pick-ups in Encino and frequent errands, appointments, and family events in Beverly Hills.
Drive to medical appointments, private airports, and social functions as needed.
Remain on-call during agreed working hours (approximately 6 days per week, 8–10 hours daily, with some flexibility).
Assist with errands and, when appropriate, use a service vehicle to support tasks.
Communicate effectively with family members and household staff to coordinate schedules and daily movements.
Requirements
Prior experience as a professional driver or in a senior personal assistant role with heavy driving responsibilities .
Patient, kind, and adaptable personality, especially important as the principal is experiencing some memory loss and schedules may shift.
Ability to remain calm and positive under changing circumstances; must be a “go with the flow” type.
High level of discretion, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
Squeaky clean driving record and background check required.
Flexibility for overtime hours and occasional travel.
